Image Usage

All images on this website are copyrighted by Payton Ruddock.

If you wish to use images for online purposes (website, myspace), permission will be granted for free use of images, provided that permission is sought and images are properly credited (Payton Ruddock Photography Watermark on the Image) and (preferably) there is a link back to Payton Ruddock Photography.

Online Prints

Prints can be purchased via the Contact page.  I make sure all files are kept by me and all prints are done through me to keep control over my work.  There will be a shopping cart system installed soon, but until then please choose the Image you would like and use the description provided next to the Image in the Description area.  Then choose your print size from the list provided on the College Station Services page.  Add your information in the Comments section and I will return your email and confirm your order as soon as possible.  All payments will be done via Pay Pal, Google Checkout, or Personal Check.

Clients

Please use the Contact page to schedule a College Statoin event or portrait shoot.  I am currently only servicing the Bryan, College Station, and Houston areas of Texas and prices may vary depending on the travel distance to the shoot.

I will return all emails as soon as possible and schedule an appointment (either in person or via phone) to consult with you on what you are expecting exactly and allow you to get to know me so that we are both relaxed and prepared for the day of the shoot.  The more relaxed, the easier the shoot.  This consultation is free, and if you decide that you would like to explore a different route you are more than welcome to back out at this time.  If you decide to go through with the shoot, there will be a contract that needs to be signed at a later date confirming your intentions and obligation for payment.

All other details will be provided in the consulation, and written up in a legal contract for you to sign to confirm the Client/Photographer business relationship.
